• Training and wellness inputs (sessions completed, perceived effort, feedback, availability);

• Log data such as access times, pages viewed and features used;

• Basketball programs and coaches: If you join a basketball team, club or program that uses Virtual Coach, relevant training data may be visible to authorized staff within that organization, as described at signup.
• Legal and safety: When we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the rights and safety of users or Virtual Coach, or prevent fraud or abuse.
• Business transfers: As part of a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the basketball Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
